- To request an exchange or return an item please email email@example.com. Once authorized, return items must be sent back to boutique address
- Refunds will be credited to original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected
Sale, discounted items, and bodysuits are final sale
- NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale items unless the product is defective/damaged upon receipt or unless otherwise noted.
- Online purchases that are damaged may be accepted up to 30 days of receiving the item, for a replacement or refund.
- Items returned that fall outside of this policy will be issued a website credit equal to purchase price paid.
Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items, unless the reason for the return is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt
We are unable to refund initial shipping charges on returns/exchanges
