Boutique Manager - Full Time Position

Do you love fashion, fun, and an energetic boutique environment? Then we have the perfect position for you as the Boutique Manager at the Marlyn Schiff Boutique located in Haverford, PA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business results by maximizing daily sales plans, managing expenses, and improving metrics through sales floor leadership

• Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks with team to ensure expectations are met

• Provide developmental feedback that empowers and motivates your team

• Attract, recruit, and retain team members who are guest focused with the ability to drive sales

• Lead, develop, and coach team members to reach their full potential

• Lead by example and deliver our guest engagement expectations to all customers

• Create/reinforce a proactive selling culture that focuses on building a confident selling team

• Maintain a visually inspiring boutique with strong merchandising skills

• Be passionate about the fashions and trends offered in the boutique

• Assist with scheduling team members to deliver a high level of service and maximize sales

• Perform and supervise boutique opening/closing procedures

• Follow bank deposits and secure the boutique processes

• Check that all sales were recorded in the daily book from each receipt in the cash and check/credit card receipt books

• Protect the boutique's physical assets through weekly audits and an annual physical inventory

• Check Shopify for orders and fulfill as needed

• P.O. entry, filing, tracking and follow up for accuracy

• Return authorizations for damages or discrepancies

• Oversee boutique seasonal ordering and reordering

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of retail managerial experience

• 4 year degree preferred

• Proficient computer skills needed

• Strong sales experience

• Ability to be flexible & team player

• Self-starter

• Strong verbal and communication skills

• Must be able to work at least 4/5 days per week, including weekends and holidays

• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brands

• Comfortable with being on camera for social media purposes (both stills and video)
